2022-2023 CEP GOALS

MATH

Goal 1: By June, 2023, increase the amount of Math proficient students by 18%, from 6 to 23%, as measured by the iReady Projected Performance Report with an emphasis on the workshop model to increase the rigor and coherence of Math curricula that is strongly aligned to the instructional focus, problem solving, the mathematical practices, and the support of high-impact sub-groups, which will result in a student’s ability to explore their world mathematically. 


ELA

Goal 2: By June 2023, increase the amount of ELA proficient students by 11%, from 23% to 34%, as measured by the iReady Projected Proficiency Report.  Use of the workshop model to increase the rigor and coherence of ELA curricula, use of assessment data to formulate groups for targeted small group instruction, and the support of high-impact sub-groups which will result in a students’ ability to analyze, synthesize, and evaluate complex text.  


Attendance

Goal 3: By June 2023, Chronic Absenteeism for All Students will Decrease 6%, from 25% to 19%, and increase annual attendance by 3%, from 88% to 91%, as measured by ATS-RSAL. We will implement a success mentoring program, open communication with families and offer attendance incentives.


Quality Individualized Educational Program

By June 2023, to strengthen the quality and implementation of IEPs for All Students with Disabilities (SWD), we will increase the number of students transitioning to Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) by transitioning at least 6 students to Least Restrictive Environment [LRE], as measured by SESIS.
